An annual performance appraisal is an annual systematic, general and periodic process that assesses an individual employee's job performance and productivity in relation to certain pre-established criteria and organizational objectives.

The Performance Management System and appraisal process provides for a more calculated Annual Employee Bonus Plan (“Plan”) which would be tailor designed to fit your organization’s structure and provide an effective means to motivate and compensate eligible employees, on an annual basis, through cash and or eventually stock award bonuses based on the achievement of business and individual performance objectives during each calendar year (“Plan Year”).
